Dr. David Alan Brock, Founder

Dr. David Alan Brock founded Lifeline Community Outreach (LCO) in the early 1990s after experiencing numerous gang-related incidents in the Wilkinsburg area of Pittsburgh, PA. This gave him a vision of becoming a “lifeline” to the residents of Wilkinsburg and the surrounding communities. Dr. Brock envisioned an organization that would be the backbone of the community and that would provide various services to community members in need. Dr. Brock has made Love Fellowship Church the base of operations for LCO as it is in the center of Turtle Creek, PA.
